When we were dropped off we left our backpacks at the front of our classroom. Then we went to morning recess when we came to school. When the bell rang we all lined up to go to our classroom.
Shortly after we came in, Mrs.Citizen said to get our reading book out. Our class started reading silently for 30 minutes. When we finished our books we go back to the library and choose another book. After 30 minutes we stopped reading and moved on to the next subject.
Continuing yesterday, we logged on to Glogster accounts, adding on to our book timeline, that we made from our top ten book list. Mrs. Citizen said we could do it however we want. After, we moved on to our digital citizenship project
When we were done with that, we got in our groups for the Digital citizenship activity. There were survival tools that were needed to represent that. Like, the permanent marker, lock, glitter glue, filter, band-aid, and toothbrush. The presentation was about those items that were related to Digital citizenship. Like the filter. The filter was represented to filter out your brain.
Afterwards, we did Front row. We got are chromebooks and tech folders then logged on to front row. On front rowed did math for a while until we had to sign out and go to recess. First we went to math fluency. Then we went to Base 10.
After that, we lined up to go to recess some people went to the field, some went to the black top, and some went to the playground. The bell rang we all lined up and we walked back to our class.
Then we did Sixty-Second Sweep. For Sixty-Second Sweep we write a pair of factors for each composite number, but the bolded honeycomb need two pairs of factors. The factors has to be the number from 2-9. It can’t be smaller than 2, nor bigger than 9. Everybody got better and better at it everyday.
After the 60 second sweep, we got our chromebooks. We all took turns sharing our animotos even if we weren't finished. We didn’t choose to go, Mrs. Citizen had this random spinning wheel that she could spin to determine who would go.
For lunch, some people went on the field others went on the black top. When both bells rang we all lined up to go to lunch.
When we came back from lunch we started reading our favorite books! We all read for 30 minutes. Then our teacher let us go on to front row!
After reading we logged on to frontrowed.com First we practiced math fluency. Then we moved on to base 10. After a certain amount of practice, we can go to the piggy store and buy items with the money you earned.
Once we finished we all had grab 2 pieces of trash and put it in the trash can. We all perambulated to P.E.
Then we went outside to go to P.E. We started by stretching. We did 10 jumping jacks, 20 lunges, and 10 cherry pickers. We ran two laps around the field. To play soccer, we needed to line up. Every class was its own group. Some of us did not get to play because we ran out of time. All of us were really hot. Thank goodness it was time to return to our classroom.
Our class wrote in our agendas. Then everyone grabbed their lunches. Then, the bell rang and we all grabbed our backpacks and rushed out of school.
